I spent the whole yesterday’s afternoon in Town Office. First, went to see George to collect complimentary tickets to watch Franz Lehar’s ‘The Merry Widow’ in Istana Budaya and the result show of Malaysian Idol. The former is scheduled this Saturday and the latter, this Sunday. Thanks George.
Anyway, can’t wait to watch Malaysian Idol show live. Gonna try to meet Mr. Paul Moss. My idol.
Right after that, I went to see Dib. I spent around 3 hours in his cubicle talking about his recent marriage and works. He just came back from his honeymoon. This couple went to New Zealand for their honeymoon. According to him there’s nothing special there. The main attraction is the LOTR village, and he even not managed to get there. He missed the bus (to take the tourist to this village) and the population there seems to not knowing where this village is being located. Maybe they are into ‘ignorance is a bliss’ adage.
I’m sure gonna make my time there someday. I would like to learn more about their culture. Okay, I lied. I wanna buy cheap All Black’s jersey actually.
